Dedicated LSA for Primary Schools

We are a leading supply teaching agency that provides schools with the teaching, support, and SEN staff they need to succeed. Our mission is to make a positive impact on students' lives by providing high-quality support and education.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and caring Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team. As a valued member of our team, you will provide 1:1 support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), delivering engaging activities and helping them work towards therapy targets.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support to students with SEN
- Deliver engaging activities and help students work towards therapy targets
- Work collaboratively with the class teacher and other support staff
Requirements:
- Teaching Assistant or LSA experience
- Patient and understanding approach
- Ability to work well within a team
- Passion for working with children with SEND
Salary: £25-30 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
