Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Quality Engineer to join our team, responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our products and services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and verification requirements of documentation and hardware of procured parts at supplier sites across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the quality and compliance of our products and services, through effective quality assurance and verification processes.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure they meet our quality and compliance requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance and verification procedures, to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance.
  • Provide guidance and support to our suppliers, to ensure they meet our quality and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections, to ensure compliance with our quality and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license.
  • Broad understanding of quality tools and techniques.
  • Experience working within supply chain, conducting verification activities.
  • HNC qualified in engineering or quality, or strong mechanical trade background.
  • NDE (Non-Destructive Examination) Level 2 Certification, or equivalent.
