Data Leadership Consultant Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Data Leadership Consultant to lead and develop a high-performing team, oversee project timelines, and ensure delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team to meet project goals and objectives by providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance.
  • Project Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project initiatives, develop and implement project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
  • Project Monitoring: Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary to ensure alignment with company values and strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leadership and project management experience in a data-driven environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive business results.
  • Autonomy and Self-Motivation: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation.
