**Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support our Vehicle Logistics Manager and Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating vehicle delivery, registration, and order fulfillment, as well as assisting with administrative duties such as submitting shipping damage claims and clearing down SMMT disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate vehicle delivery and registration with the OMODA & JAECOO Dealer Network and RSM's
  • Assist Vehicle Logistics Manager with administrative duties such as submitting shipping damage claims and clearing down SMMT disputes
  • Provide daily liaison with logistics suppliers to ensure timely processing of vehicles and vehicle delivery
  • Document and review Vehicle Logistics processes to drive continuous improvement
  • Assist other O&J internal departments with information requests relating to vehicle logistics and registration

Requirements:

  • Experience in Finished Vehicle Logistics
  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent training in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or similar
  • Literacy in computer and software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI)
