About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Supply Chain Planner to join our team at Pepe Jeans. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, warehouse, and shipping to improve the supply chain and ensure client requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and analyze production planning to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Communicate with the supply chain team to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of any deviations from original planning.
  • Place purchase orders on time and maintain accurate data to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support the maintenance of SAP Materials Master Data.

Requirements

  • Higher Degree in Business Administration and Management or a related discipline.
  • English language proficiency (C1 level).
  • International Trade regulations knowledge.
  • At least 2 years of experience in service planning and reporting at a senior level, with a focus on complex operational models.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • SAP Intermediate user.
