Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced pharmacist to lead and transform our pharmacy services. As a Head of Clinical Pharmacy Operations, you will be responsible for managing the pharmacy services team to achieve operational excellence and high performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline pharmacy processes, reducing inefficiencies and enhancing service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other professionals and departments to enhance patient care and service integration.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide mentorship and support to staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage the budget and resources of the pharmacy department, ensuring cost-effective operations.

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in pharmacy operations, with a strong background in managing prescription processing, building, and dispensing.
  • Proven track record of leading and implementing change and transformation initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
