About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Governance and Reporting Lead to support the Head of Governance & Reporting in the governance and reporting responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the governance framework and reporting function, within GISO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that governance is effectively implemented and maintained across the organisation.
  • Oversee and manage the governance framework and reporting function.
  • Work closely with the Head of Governance & Reporting, Group Head of GRC, the Group CISO, the Head of Information Security, and various stakeholders to promote transparency, accountability, and compliance with relevant requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in technology, information security, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in governance, compliance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of corporate governance principles, risk management frameworks, and reporting standards.
  • A bachelor's degree or professional certifications (eg, CISA, CISM, CGEIT) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in governance and reporting software tools.
