Ecommerce Platform Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Ecommerce Operations Manager to join our team at Edinburgh Woollen Mill, a prominent player in the UK fashion industry. As part of our digital transformation, we need someone to lead the smooth operation of our ecommerce platforms and drive growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Serve as a conduit between the digital team and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Evaluate and improve the efficiency of ecommerce operations, implementing process enhancements as needed.
- Develop and execute web development plans, aligning with our broader digital strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on schedule.
- Integrate various software systems, including PIM, CRM, email automation, and social media tools.
- Provide expert guidance on new and existing software, helping the business make informed decisions.
- Identify opportunities for website enhancement, applying UX and CRO principles to boost revenue.
- Present regular digital performance reports, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Proven experience in ecommerce and digital technologies.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms like PIM, CRM, and ESP.
- Strong project management skills, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
- Exceptional analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
