Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Teaching Support Professional to join our team at GSL Education - Yorkshire. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students and teachers to achieve their full potential.

About the Job:
  • You will work closely with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons, adapting to the needs of students.
  • Your role will involve managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
  1. Support teachers with lesson planning and delivery, focusing on student outcomes.
  2. Help maintain a well-organized and safe classroom environment, contributing to the smooth running of activities.
Requirements:
  • A degree in any subject is preferred, but enthusiasm for working with young people is essential.
  • Previous experience working with children or young adults is desirable, but not necessary.
