Aerospace Assembly Technician

CV Library is seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to join our team at Siemens Mobility in Goole. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe assembly of Gearbox systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with mechanical overhauls of traction Gearboxes, including disassembly and assembly
- Conduct mechanical inspections of Rail Gearbox parts to ensure quality and safety standards
- Investigate and analyze failures and root causes of defects, identifying unique or serial issues, manufacturing or material problems
- Perform quality checks to industry standards, ensuring compliance and excellence in production
- Work efficiently to achieve productivity improvements and capacity planning targets, meeting performance and assembly to build times
As an Assembly Technician, you will be part of a dynamic team that values continuous improvement and innovation.
