Aerospace Assembly Technician

Siemens Mobility is seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to join our Traction Drives business in Goole. As an Assembly Technician, you will work closely with our Mechanical Fitter to ensure the efficient and safe assembly of Gearbox systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with mechanical overhauls of traction Gearboxes, including disassembly and assembly
- Conduct mechanical inspections of Rail Gearbox parts to ensure quality and safety standards
- Investigate and analyze failures to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Perform quality checks to industry standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the production team to achieve productivity improvements and capacity planning goals
