About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Crime Victim Services team at Catch22. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Victim Care Coordinators who manage a caseload of victims of crime across the Greater Manchester area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Victim Care Coordinators to deliver high-quality services to victims of crime
  • Manage a small caseload of complex or sensitive cases
  • Support the growth of the team's expertise in areas such as domestic abuse, sexual violence, and hate crimes
  • Collaborate with the Deputy and Head of Service to ensure effective service delivery and stakeholder engagement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service outcomes and quality
Requirements
  • Proven experience of leading a team and supporting staff development
  • Knowledge of the criminal justice sector and experience of working with vulnerable individuals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Good IT skills and ability to use a variety of systems
