We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Negotiator to join our expanding team at SAB properties in Long Eaton, Nottingham.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Manage client paperwork and bookings with all required information
  • Property Promotion: Promote properties to tenants using various marketing techniques
  • Reporting and Insights: Prepare concise reports on property viewings and provide recommendations
  • Inspections and Compliance: Carry out property inspections and generate reports for the landlords

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Liaise between buyers and sellers to negotiate prices using marketing abilities and knowledge
  • Research the local market by comparing properties and checking market activity to establish a selling price
  • Take digital photos of properties for presentation to buyers and advertising collateral
  • Assist in office organisation, reception, and registration of clients
  • Book appointments that are suitable with the client's schedules to provide a valuation for sale

Requirements:

  • Valid UK Driving License
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
