As a Residential Lettings Negotiator at Connells Group, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, agreeing lets, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.

With a competitive estimated salary of £29,000, plus uncapped commission, you will have the opportunity to grow your earnings while developing your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

We are seeking a results-driven individual who can complement our fantastic residential lettings team. As a key member of the team, you will receive industry-leading training and development to become ARLA – NFOPP qualified, as well as opportunities to compete for top achievers awards.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a full UK driving license. You will work closely with our existing staff to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
