Job Title: Head of Mosaic Implementation

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Mosaic implementation project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mosaic implementation and experience working across Adult's and Children's services in Local Authorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Mosaic implementation project, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Local Authorities and project team members.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Provide expert guidance on Mosaic implementation, data migrations, and Local Government processes.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Mosaic implementation projects, with a strong understanding of data migrations and Local Government processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work across different workstreams and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Local Government experience and understanding of Local Authority processes.
