Behaviour Intervention Specialist

Are you passionate about supporting individuals with special education needs? Do you have experience working with challenging behaviours? We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in Wirral.
As a member of our team, you will develop and implement behaviour intervention plans, providing one-to-one support to individuals with complex needs. Your expertise in positive behaviour support strategies will enable you to create tailored plans that meet the unique requirements of each individual.
We offer a highly competitive salary of approximately £25,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits, including access to ongoing professional development, a guaranteed payment scheme, and a referral scheme that rewards successful referrals.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the needs of individuals with special education needs. Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, or mental health challenges is highly desirable.
