We are seeking a highly skilled Rating Specialist Lead to join our team at Allsop LLP in London. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading property consultancy, providing expert advice on business rates and valuations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of rating legislation and case law, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in business rates and valuations. They will also possess strong negotiation skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.
