Job Role: Support Practitioner
Location: East Fife
Male Support Practitioner Required
Make a positive difference in someone's life by joining The Richmond Fellowship Scotland in our East Fife services and help support the people who need it most in our communities.
As a Support Practitioner, you will be provided with full training by our excellent and award-winning learning and development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with their daily needs and goals
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a high-quality service
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users and their families
- Contribute to the development of service plans and reviews
Requirements:
- No previous experience in care is required
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
