Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys on a mixture of major sites. They will develop client relationships and ensure that all relevant health and safety legislations are understood and followed.

Requirements and Qualifications: To be considered for this role, applicants must have a BOHS P402/RSPH3 qualification, a full UK driving license, excellent reading and writing skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a hardworking attitude.

On Offer: A competitive basic salary of £32,000 - £36,000, plus benefits such as pension, company vehicle, fuel card, life assurance, private healthcare, phone, tablet, further training, and overtime opportunities.
