VANRATH is working with a leading Public Sector employer to find an experienced Project Trainer to support the implementation of a new software system across their organisation.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with a senior project manager to deliver comprehensive training to groups of new users.

This is an extensive 8-week training period, requiring a high level of engagement and dedication from the selected individual.

A valid driving licence and access to a car are essential for this role, as travel may be required.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of a new ERP system
  • Deliver high-quality training to end-users
  • Collaborate with training managers on course content development
  • Assess and update training records
  • Administer end-user proficiency assessments

Please note that this role has an estimated salary range based on industry standards and location. The starting salary for this position is £27,055 per year.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Hold a degree or relevant professional qualification
  • Experience working in a training environment or similar
  • Fantastic presentation skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel packages
  • Must have a valid driving licence
