We are seeking a highly experienced Supervising Social Worker to join our team in Kent, providing leadership and expertise in fostering services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and supervising foster carers, working within an evidence-based therapeutic approach that prioritises the voice of children and young people.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all foster care reviews
  • Develop and deliver support and supervision to foster carers
  • Visit and assess potential foster carers
  • Assess and identify support and training needs of foster carers

Essential Requirements:

  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
  • A valid HCPC registration
  • Significant experience of working within Looked After Children
  • Experience of working within Fostering
  • Must hold a full UK Driving Licence

Estimated Salary: £40,000-£43,500 per annum
