Recruitment Specialist for Children's Services

A respected Local Authority in Kent seeks a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join their Children's Services team. As a key member of the Fostering Recruitment Team, you will contribute to the recruitment and assessment of foster carers.

We require an individual with excellent communication skills, previous experience in fostering recruitment, and a qualification in social work. Post-qualified experience working in children's services is also essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Using evidence-based analytical practice to assess prospective foster carers
  • Contributing to an active recruitment campaign, including responding to initial enquiries, undertaking visits, and hosting information sessions

Total Compensation: £48,700 per annum, inclusive of a market premium and additional benefits such as a contributory pension scheme and child care vouchers.
