Information Security Consultancy Manager

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Consultancy Manager to lead our team of security experts. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for managing a small team of consultants and developing Information Security services to our business units.
Key Responsibilities- Engage and advise senior security stakeholders, providing them with relevant advice and guidance on how Information and Cyber Security services add value to their business.
- Ensure the team adopts a Continuous Improvement mindset, with the ability to be open to new ideas and develop new ways of working.
- Innovate and continuously improve existing security products/services as well as develop new products/services.
- Produce technical standards, best practices and deliver security function briefings to business units, corporate centre and BTS teams.
- Develop skills and knowledge within the team and into the wider security teams.
- Develop a comprehensive business unit profile and leverage Threat Intelligence to refine Security Risk Management techniques and Cyber Security improvements.
- Scale the team to accommodate business growth.
- Extensive knowledge of IT and OT technical environments with experience of advising on relevant security controls covering people, processes and technology within large complex organisations.
- Expert understanding of information security standards and best practice including ISO 27001:2013 and the NIST Cyber Security Framework.
- The ability to understand and operate across multiple security models strategies and plans (e.g. ISO, CIS, etc.).
- Knowledge of current and emerging security trends and benefits.
- Ability to present and articulate technically complex work clearly to stakeholders in a variety of formats to different technical levels and audience types.
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined, used to acting on own initiative and taking ownership.
- Adept at working collaboratively, contributing to shared goals in a engaging, constructive and motivational manner.
- Demonstrable leadership and project management skills.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with business unit security teams and the wider BTS teams.
- Excellent customer engagement and service values.
- Demonstrable understanding of the benefits of collaboration and alignment, able to leverage the scale and capabilities of AB Agri.
