Handle Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior PM to manage projects for major global brands across various channels including Digital, Social, TV and print.

The ideal candidate will report directly to a Project Director and play an important role in upholding the company's outstanding reputation for quality and efficiency.

This position involves fostering meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders, serving as a trusted partner to help bring their vision to life.

  1. Ownership of key multilingual marketing campaigns delivery, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  2. Tailoring project management processes to meet client needs, promoting creative solutions for successful delivery.
  3. Conducting risk assessments, developing mitigation strategies, and managing scope changes with thorough documentation.
  4. Scope resource requirements, including linguists, budgets, and timelines, optimizing cost structures to meet project goals.
  5. Allocating tasks, defining roles, and providing direction to project teams while ensuring quality across all deliverables.
  6. Evolving project management tools and processes, educating colleagues on best practices and methodologies.
  7. Tracking and managing account forecasts, addressing workload spikes and ensuring resource availability.
  8. Partnering with Account Management to monitor project financials, delivering projects within target margins while maximizing revenue.
  9. Mentoring junior team members, offering feedback, support, and opportunities for growth.
  10. Fostering team collaboration, maintaining a positive environment, and motivating team members to excel.
  11. Conducting post-project wash-ups, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring timely follow-up on actions.
  12. Leading project teams across multiple workstreams, providing day-to-day guidance and resolving performance challenges.

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
