Job Summary

As a Senior Bioinformatician, you will be responsible for leading projects, designing bioinformatics databases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in cloud computing, machine learning, and data science.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing bioinformatics pipelines using Python.
  • Collaborating with project members to design and develop web-based bioinformatics databases.
  • Presenting project updates to stakeholders and the wider business.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in bioinformatics research or industry.
  • Strong background in Python programming and experience with testing frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).

Salary and Benefits

↦65,000 - ↦80,000 per annum, plus benefits package
