About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Transformation Manager to join our AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) team. As a key member of our Customer Solutions team, you will be responsible for guiding large and complex UK&I customers through their cloud adoption journey.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Cloud Adoption Strategy: Develop and execute cloud adoption strategies for large and complex UK&I customers, ensuring seamless integration with AWS services.
  2. Customer Success: Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance on cloud transformation, migration, and modernization projects.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, support, architecture, and professional services, to deliver tailored solutions.
  4. Cloud Migration and Modernization: Lead the planning and execution of cloud migrations and modernization projects, ensuring minimal disruption to customers' business operations.
  5. GenAI Strategy: Provide guidance on customers' GenAI strategy, helping them leverage the power of generative AI to drive business innovation.
  6. Customer Education and Governance: Develop and deliver training programs to educate customers on cloud best practices, governance, and security.
  7. Cloud Service Evangelism: Evangelize AWS services and capabilities to customers, ensuring they understand the full potential of the cloud.
About the Team

Our AWS UK&I Customer Solutions team is a powerhouse of experienced, strategic thinkers dedicated to guiding the cloud journeys of the region's largest and most complex customers. We operate as trusted advisors, seamlessly orchestrating collaboration across AWS teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements
  • PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification
  • Experience implementing cloud services, including migrations and modernization projects
  • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent
