We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Wave Leisure Trust. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our leisure centres, providing a friendly, safe, and efficient service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate your teams to deliver excellence in all areas of operating a busy centre.
  • Supervise staff, leading teams to deliver high results and respond to changing priorities.
