About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HSQE and ESG Strategy Manager to lead health, safety, quality, environmental, and sustainability initiatives. This strategic role offers the opportunity to shape compliance, sustainability, and social responsibility within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HSQE and ESG strategies aligned with industry best practices.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of HSQE and ESG considerations into business operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities related to HSQE and ESG.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in health, safety, quality, environmental, and sustainability management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
