Job Description Keltbray Infrastructure Services Limited's Energy division are hiring for a HSQE Advisor to join our distribution team based in Normanton.
This is a permanent office/site-based role The role will involve the provision of competent health, safety, quality (assurance) and site environmental advice.
Ensuring inspections and guidance for the site staff and management team is carried out.
Providing challenge where required and not walking by.
Promotion of safe equipment, standards and method of working.
Showing the behaviours expected and leading by example each and every time.
Primary Tasks and Duties Where unsafe working is identified, stop the works, agree and document suitable and safe solution and re-brief.
Assisting the operational team with reviewing of CDM documentation Assurance of process and working methods Take an active role in developing, maintaining and promoting a positive HSQE culture Ensuring compliance with Keltbray standards and client requirements Undertaking task analysis of risk assessment and method statements / Task briefings Provide support and advice for staff to aid and promote sustainable practices Ensure all requirements and findings are closed within the required timescales Promote the closure of NCR's and OFI's within the project
