  • Carry out monthly cost/value reconciliations and forecasts.
  • Create forward work schedules and cash flow projections.
  • SOURCE AND PLACE SUB-CONTRACT AND MATERIALS ORDERS.
  • OVERSEE SUB-CONTRACTOR FINANCIALS AND FINAL ACCOUNT SETTLEMENT.
  • REVIEW SITE RECORDS FOR ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS, VARIATIONS, AND CLAIMS.

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £75,000 per year, depending on experience.
