The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transport Manager to lead our high-profile and fast-paced transport operation in the Wolverhampton area.

  • As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing a team of circa 30 drivers, 30+ LGV & HGV vehicles, and an office team of 3 people.
  • You will work closely with our Head of Logistics to develop and implement strategies to drive operational efficiency and excellence.
  • Account management is a critical aspect of this role, and you will be expected to build strong relationships with our clients to deliver exceptional service.
  • This is a hands-on role that requires a front-foot and leadership style, with a focus on building a strong and cohesive team.
