Operational Risk Officer

Citi, a leading global bank, seeks a skilled Operational Risk Officer to join its team. As a strategic professional, you will play a crucial role in minimizing losses from failed internal processes, inadequate controls, and emerging risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and oversee the application of operational risk policies, technology, and tools to create lasting solutions.
  • Independently assess risks and drive actions to address root causes of operational risk losses.
  • Provide governance and oversight, including technology operational risk.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Issues Management (KPI/KRI/Corrective Action Plans).
  • Monitor and analyze scorecards and performance management tools to mitigate exposure.
  • Develop and maintain relationships across the business and Lines of Defence to understand and deliver customer requirements.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience navigating and networking across an enterprise.
  • Business writing experience preferred.
