We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Russell Group Graduates to join our team as Academic Mentors. As a Russell Group Graduate, you will have the opportunity to provide invaluable guidance and support to students in their GCSEs and A-Levels, utilising your expertise and knowledge to help them progress in their education.

About the Role:
As a Russell Group Graduate, you will be responsible for providing academic support and guidance to students, helping them to achieve their academic goals and develop their skills and confidence. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure that students receive the best possible support and guidance.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree from a Russell Group University
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on students' lives
