Salary
£60,000 - £80,000 per annum is available for this role.
Job Description
As a Senior AI Engineer at Reach Industries, you will be responsible for developing and implementing state-of-the-art AI models for visual data analysis and inference. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design optimal AI solutions.
You will develop and deploy AI models for visual data analysis and inference using Python and C++, OpenVINO, OpenCV, AWS, CVAT, scikit-learn, and scipy. You will also collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to understand project requirements and design optimized AI solutions.
You will preprocess and analyze visual data using OpenCV, scikit-learn, and scipy to extract meaningful insights. You will train and fine-tune AI models using TensorFlow/Keras, PyTorch, PaddlePaddle, and other relevant frameworks to achieve high accuracy.
You will optimize AI models using OpenVINO for efficient inference on edge devices and cloud platforms. You will implement data pipelines and workflows to automate data processing and model training processes.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing systems and applications. You will utilize CVAT or similar tools for visual data annotation and labeling.
You will stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, AI frameworks, models, and proactively recommend innovative solutions. You will mentor and provide guidance to junior AI engineers, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields. You should have at least 4 years of commercial experience as an AI Engineer or similar roles.
You should have strong proficiency in Python/C++ for AI model development and inference. You should have experience with OpenVINO, OpenCV, AWS, CVAT, scikit-learn, and scipy for visual AI applications.
You should have proficiency in TensorFlow/Keras, PyTorch, and PaddlePaddle for model training and optimization. You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle large-scale data.
You should have experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. You should have the ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative team environment.
