Children's Hospice Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Children's Hospice Assistant. This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute to the well-being and happiness of children and young adults while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
The estimated salary for this position is £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Your primary responsibilities will include supporting hospice staff with hydrotherapy pool sessions, observing for any changes, and providing assistance when needed. A strong desire to work with children and young adults, combined with a basic understanding of lifesaving skills or lifeguard training (desirable but not essential), is required.
As a Children's Hospice Assistant, you will participate in a structured training and induction programme, including safeguarding training and DBS checks. Our supportive team will provide ongoing guidance and mentorship to help you succeed in this role.
