Maintenance Technician / Site Fitter (Process Equipment)

£30,000 - £35,000 DOE + Bonus + Van + Private Medical + Enhanced Pension + Full Industry Training + Local Patch

Horsham

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician / Site Fitter to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for carrying out routine and reactive maintenance on processing plants at client sites.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well-established company with a strong reputation in the industry. You will have the chance to work on a variety of projects, develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the success of our team.

The Role:

  • Service and maintain mechanical and process equipment
  • Local travel with the occasional stay away
  • Working in teams of two
  • Working at height when required
  • On-site engineering works including steel cutting, drilling, and operation of machinery
  • Mechanical assembly
  • Manual handling
  • Mon - Fri role with company van provided

The Person:

  • Experience as a fitter / technician
  • Commutable to Horsham within an hour
  • Full UK Drivers Licence

Key Skills:

  • Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
  • Ability to work at height and in confined spaces
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
