We are currently seeking a Senior Dental Operations Manager to join our team, responsible for managing operational activities, team and patient journeys, performance, and clinical compliance.

  • Managing state-of-the-art surgeries and equipment to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Supporting and motivating a friendly and welcoming team to deliver exceptional patient experiences
  • Driving business growth and development through strategic planning and market analysis
  • Ensuring clinical compliance and performance standards are met

We offer a competitive salary up to £35,000 (negotiable) and a range of benefits. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate a team and drive business success.
