About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Office Analyst to join our team at Community Integrated Care. As a key member of the Group Projects Team, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing processes and working practices to drive maturity in Project Management Office (PMO) service delivery and project delivery practices across the Portfolio.

The successful candidate will own the monthly and quarterly Portfolio reporting processes, ensuring timely, accurate, and relevant information is provided to our Executive, Committees, and Board. You will also coordinate the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all PMO processes and practices, translating our strategy into action to enable data-led decision making.

Key responsibilities include providing support to Project Managers by creating and updating project documentation, managing and monitoring project, programme, and portfolio level risks, issues, and dependencies, and developing and maintaining project management tools, templates, and systems.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices, as well as experience working on large change programmes or complex projects with multiple workstreams and third parties in PMO roles.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent work experience in a similar/ relevant role
  • Practitioner Certificate in PRINCE 2 or equivalent project management qualification or suitable relevant experience
  • Experience working on large change programmes or complex projects with multiple workstreams and third parties in PMO roles
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices
