Job Description

This is a challenging opportunity for a Production Site Engineer to join our team at WR Engineering. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that production equipment is maintained to the highest standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of production equipment, including electrical and mechanical work
  • Static site-based role in Towcester
  • Working closely with the maintenance team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Electrically qualified or mechanically either as an apprentice trained or formal qualification such as a diploma, degree or city & guilds in an engineering discipline
  • Strong understanding of fault finding on machine tools
  • Experience of maintaining production or factory equipment
  • High level maintenance knowledge of CNC machines

Benefits

  • Total package: £48,000 per annum
    Base salary: £40,000 per annum (plus 20% shift allowance)
  • No weekends or bank holidays
  • Christmas bonus
