We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team in the UK. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering successful construction projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective cost estimation and budgeting strategies, ensuring project financial efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage project cash flows and budgets, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients, leveraging strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant construction regulations and legislation, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, preferably from a reputable institution.
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in a similar role within the construction industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and best practices, including relevant legislation and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in cost management software and financial reporting tools, such as COSTPROF and WAREHOUSE.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS) is highly desirable.
  • Full UK driving license, with access to reliable transportation.

Salary and Benefits:
