About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Support Specialist to join our team at Brightwork Limited. The successful candidate will assist the Catering Manager in delivering exceptional catering provision, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining compliance with legislative practice and Food Safety Scotland guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Catering Manager in daily operations, including monitoring service delivery and supervising catering assistants.
  • Ensure adherence to legislative requirements, statutory compliance, and Food Safety Scotland guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial catering environment.
  • Food Hygiene Certificate and SCQF Level 5 qualification within 24 months.
  • Proven knowledge of legislative requirements and statutory compliance.

Working Conditions

The role is shift-based (6am-7pm), with occasional evening/weekend work. A competitive salary is offered, estimated at £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
