About the Role:
Penguin Recruitment is seeking a skilled Urban Planning Specialist to join our team. As a Town Planning Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on planning solutions to clients developing property and land across London and the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain hands-on experience across a variety of projects, from residential and commercial developments to infrastructure planning.
- Develop your skills in planning policy, site appraisals, and project management.
- Contribute to innovative and sustainable urban planning solutions.
Requirements:
- Degree or higher in a relevant subject with a desire or chartered status with RTPI.
- A highly motivated commercial approach, with the ability to work as part of and lead a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
