Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Get Recruited (UK) Ltd. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving our digital marketing strategy and helping us achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and implement a content strategy that showcases our brand's personality and resonates with our target audience.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and schedule social media content across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze social media campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on social media metrics to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house design team to brief them on visual content and design.
  • SEO: Write engaging content to maximize search engine optimization (SEO) and drive organic traffic to our website.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and social media management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
