Paediatric Nursing Team Lead

An experienced Paediatric Nurse is sought to fill a specialist role in the Essex area, focusing on delivering high-quality care to children and their families.
About the RoleThis position requires a skilled nurse to provide face-to-face support, create personalized care plans, and work closely with a core team of carers.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver tailored care plans specific to individual client needs
- Foster effective communication and teamwork within the multidisciplinary team
- Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs within your caseload
- Deliver nursing interventions, including medication delivery
- Build and maintain relationships with clients' families
- Collaborate with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish bespoke packages of care
Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum based on experience and location
