Counter Assistant – WHSmith – Post Office

Contract Type: Permanent

Working hours: Flexible - Flexibility required

We are seeking a skilled Counter Assistant to join our team at WHSmith Post Office. As a Counter Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service to connect people across miles and time, organise travel money and documents, and take care of bills and banking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional customer service to all customers.
  • Manage queues and ensure that customers can access the services they need quickly and simply.
  • Meet high standards of governance and attention to detail.
  • Be part of a team and support colleagues.
