We are seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at Chalfont Career Ltd. As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Lettings Negotiators, overseeing the lettings process, and maintaining strong relationships with landlords.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Lettings Negotiators to ensure high standards of customer service and property management.
- Oversee the lettings process, including valuations, new instructions, and marketing activities.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new landlords and increase market share.
- Liaise with the Sales Manager to optimize lettings and sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in lettings management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Industry-recognized qualifications, such as NAEA, NFOPP, and ARLA, are advantageous.
