About the Role

As a Community Responder for Medequip Connect, you will play a vital role in providing support and reassurance to vulnerable clients across Oxfordshire.

You will work a flexible 24/7 rota, responding to alarm calls from clients who require assistance. Your primary responsibility will be to assess the situation, provide or facilitate appropriate support, and ensure the client's safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to alarm calls and assess the care and support needs of clients.
  • Provide or facilitate appropriate support, including 'last resort' personal care when necessary.
  • Deal with referrals, maintenance, and installation of alarm equipment at clients' premises.
  • Assist with the promotion of the service in local communities.
About You

We are looking for a responsible and caring individual with a flexible approach. No specific experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. You will need to have a full UK driving licence and access to an appropriately insured and taxed vehicle for business use.
