We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Gerontology expert to join our successful Clinical Gerontology department at one of London's more prestigious NHS Trusts. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to contribute to the delivery of innovative pathways of care, high-quality multi-professional training, and academic research.
About Our DepartmentOur department operates an integrated approach to General Medicine and Geriatric Medicine, with a mix of geriatric acute beds and dedicated specialty beds for the care of the more complex older adult. We have a strong track record in delivering exceptional patient care and would welcome applicants with sub-specialty interests to be accommodated.
About the Role- The postholder will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to patients with complex needs, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective care pathways.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve excellence in patient care.
- A competitive salary of £100,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 10 PA's (Practice Allowances) to support professional development and well-being.
