About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Debt Team Leader to join our team at Yü Energy. As a Debt Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of debt collectors and ensuring that they are equipped to effectively manage and resolve debt cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of debt collectors to achieve high levels of debt recovery and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies and processes to ensure that debt cases are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their skills and knowledge in debt recovery and customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as credit control and customer service, to ensure that debt cases are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in debt recovery and customer service, with a strong track record of achieving high levels of debt recovery and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex debt cases and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
