Cygnet Healthcare is seeking a confident Senior Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our new service at Cygnet Hospital Oldbury. This state-of-the-art PICU & Acute hospital for women in the West Midlands will provide rapid access to mental health services, including intensive care environments. As a Senior RMN, you will lead an allocated team of nurses & support workers, supervise junior staff, and work closely with the management team to develop the service. You will be responsible for coordinating, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual patient programmes of care. The ideal candidate will be an experienced RMN with a current Pin number, able to promote and ensure the good reputation of Cygnet, and have a positive attitude towards patients, their families, visitors, and others.
